And are incredibly friendly while doing so. For … More Cavalier owners, they are up-to-date with the latest care for these dogs and after moving across here it was really obvious that my other Vet wasn’t. If your pets ever need surgery, they will have excellent communication during the day. We mainly see Dr. Jodie and Dr. Jess. But I have no doubt all the vets there will be amazing.

  Yesterday was a big day for our little boy Max, our gorgeous 7-month-old King Charles cavalier as he went in to be desexed at Berwick Clyde Vet.As a very proud (and slightly nervous!) pawrents, leaving him there was definitely emotional. … More But from the moment we arrived, Dr Jody and Bec made us feel completely reassured that Max was in the best hands.Bec was absolutely beautiful with Max and helped keep him calm and comfortable from the moment he was admitted. Dr Jody was wonderful too — she explained everything clearly and made us feel confident about his surgery and care.What meant the most to us was the communication throughout the day. We received text updates and, even better, photos of our little boy before and after his surgery.Seeing his little face and knowing he was being cared for made such a difference to us.You could genuinely see the care and kindness they showed Max. They didn’t just treat him like another patient — they treated him like our precious little family member. That meant everything to us.When we picked him up, we were so relieved and grateful to see our little boy doing well.
