The field of veterinary medicine is constantly evolving as we learn more effective ways to help animals. As a member of our team, you’ll always be given exciting opportunities to expand your knowledge and be supported to take on challenges that allow you to continually develop as a professional.
When you start with us you will be supported by a comprehensive 3-month induction plan. Our goal is to seamlessly support your transition into the Berwick Clyde Vet family. You will be assigned mentors to help guide and support you through this. Then, whether it’s through attending training and courses that sharpen your skills, or by working alongside visiting surgical and ultrasound specialists to manage cases, you will be supported to take on progressively more responsibility, try new things, and implement your own ideas.
You’ll always have access to mentorship by our two principal vets and your practice manager, comprehensive performance reviews, and constructive feedback to help you develop your career so that you can eventually mentor others. And at the rate we’re growing, there are many exciting opportunities on the horizon!
